I just replaced the compressor, condensor, expansion valve and drier on
my 95 accord. Flush the lines, added oil, vac'd the system for an hour
and charged it. It is blowing good cold air but I get a high pitched
squeal that sounds like it is coming from the expansion valve when I
turn the system on. It only last for a few seconds. It also happen
occasionally while driving for a few seconds. If I recall the
pressures were 40 and 175 at 80 degrees outside temperature. The data
I have says the system holds 23.5 ounces of 134 but I probably only
charged it with about19 to 20 ounces. I thought I read somewhere that
this sound can be cause by a low charge. Anybody agree with this or
    have any other ideas?
