Whatever you say pal. You are a class act.
(feel free to repeat yourself as often as you like; no one expects
    much else from you)

I didn't see that when you first posted it. Interesting read. I'm going to
see if I can get the sequence for my CRV & try it out.

You really will be happier if you just kill-file him. It should be obvious
by now that he absolutely must have the last word. I suspect the name has
something to do with what he drinks while he's on line.

This newsgroup becomes useful once Beam and Elmo are filtered out.

I only see this Beam's stuff when he gets a response. His type of person
is the primary reason that filter systems for email and newsgroups
    exists at all.

He has serious mental issues, I have come to realize, and I would no
sooner get into extensive arguments with him than I would with any other
mentally retarded person. I feel sorry for him.

I will consider what you said tho I didn't find Elmo a problem but I
also admit I haven't been in this newsgroup very long so you may be
    correct. Thanks for the advice.

I didn't think of Beam in that way but you may be correct. It is very
easy for even a mentally challenged person to come on here and write a
post that makes sense or no sense, etc.. . It's funny but I went to
college and knew a Beam and that person was a bit odd too. His first
name was not Jim tho but who knows, maybe a relative???

My Fit key has no number on it. I have to present the VIN, proof of
ownership (they'll the insurance ID card, as long as you pull it out
of the car in their presence).
The remote can be programmed to the car "on the fly", as long as you
    are in the car.

The security chip requires some additional programming, I think.

    Thanks for the good laugh.
For the benefit of the rest of us, how do we filter out a "booze"
person. I am not that familiar w/ Google

I don't know if you can in Google. Its a pretty featureless reader. You
definitely can in all the Microsoft office products (Entourage on the Mac,
Outlook on PC's). You should look for a good newsreader, or at least one
with more functionality, if you plan to spend a lot of time in the groups.

Plus I'm certain they got their code from Microsquash. You see how badly
Google fractures quoted lines? Exactly what Outhouse Express has done since
    forever.

    Ay-MEN!

I recommend XNews, Forte Agent, Pan, 40tude Dialog...

Myself, I /really/ like XNews. I just wish the killfile had some sort of
front-end so you don't have to do the text-file thing all the time.

  20. Your dealer was wrong.

I'd stop going there, if I were you.
