    25420-P24-A01 FILTER (ATF) $44.56

Judging by the item description, transmission filter, not a sericeable item.

I knew for Honda the ATF filter is NOT serviceable & require NO
    maintenance.
Can some one tell me how difficult to change this filter. Is this accessable
    without
taking the whole trans apart ?
    Thanks.

You can only take out the filter with the transmission totally apart.

This made me more confusing. My Honda dealer indicating on the work order
this is the part they replaced to fix the problem. I send in at 08am
    noticing
strange noise comming out from engine compartment after 1 week the
transmission been replaced. Called at 2pm saying the car is fixed & ready to
    go.
Do you think a Honda expert can took the Trans. apart to replace this filter
    and
re-mount the whole trans back in such a short time, this including diagnosis
    time.
I could never buy into this. Do you ? It is a '99 Accord 3.0L.
I guess they might have make some mistake during trans replament. this just
    to put
something down on the work order to cover their Asss...............
Anyway there is no charge on this fix. I just curios on what have been
    done? I thought
there is a easy access to this filter on newer model of transmision .
I may never get the true answer out of this.
    Thanks for you response Eric.
