    Hey,

Has anybody heard of how (if possible) you can adjsut the height of
you clutch/brake/gas pedals? I've never seen this on nay forum and
would think it would be useful considering how people have different
likes and comfort levels. I have an 04 Honda Coupe and all the pedals
seem too high for me. Though I test drove some other cars and hd the
same problem, especially with the brake.

Anybody have this problem too? And can you fix it?

I talked to some honda dealers and they said they dont but heard of
some shops that do (but of course couldn't give me names).

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Frank

  2. Unless that option comes from the factory you probably won't find anybody to
somehow retrofit your vehicle to accommodate your request. There is a lot
of liability involved and it would take a mechanical engineer to come up
with something. Considering it involves your brake pedal you are probably
stuck with your pedals as is. If money were no object, which it is since
you bought a Honda and not a Mercedes(which probably come with adjustable
pedals), you could get somebody to design something for you.

You may also check out the businesses that retrofit vehicles for handicap
people. They do lots of designing/building.

Move the seat back until the pedals feel comfortable. Now adjust the
steering towards you. (They now move in and out as well as up and down)
