Are ALL Honda Accords being recalled. I have a 2004 since May and have not
heard anything. Is this a "only some" or is this a total recall ?

  3. AFAIK, it is not a total recall. I purchased a 2004 EX-V6 during
May 2004 and am not subject to a recall, at least at this time.

It depends on where and when the transmission was manufactured.

So "where" is the problem transmission manufactured and when did it happen?

Go to Honda OwnersLink and give them your VIN number. It's free
    https://www.ahm-ownerlink.com/login.asp?page=%2Fprod%5Fhome%2Easp
When you give them your Vin number they will know all about your car
    recalls etc.
