I need to put 4 new tires on my 98 civic. Having trouble getting a
straight answer on a good(rain and light snow) tire that handles well
and isn't too loud, and isn't too expensive. Any suggestions?

I've got Toyo Spectrums on my Accord EX. They handle very good, long tread
life, they do very well in the rain and light snow we have in Colorado
Springs. Much quieter than the Michelin Energy's I had before. 195/60-15
    cost me 55 a piece.

The Dunlop SP A2 is an excellent choice for both the Civic and Accord.

I put SP A2s on my Vigor last spring. Best tire it's ever had, based on
    experience so far.
