I have always changed oil on my cars mainly to save time but the Honda
Civic's oil filter is on the back side of the engine block and I have
no idea how to remove it.

Any idea what I need to do?

    Thanks

Rhino ramps, about $35 at WalMart or Autozone. Crawl under,
reach with a socket type filter wrench, ratchet, and as
needed, pipe on the end of the ratchet handle for more
    torque when removing.

I have been doing my 91 Civic's oil filter this way since
    purchase in 91.
