How to adjust PS belt tension on 2000 Civic DX hatch ?

    There appears to be a top pivot bolt and a swing bracket bolt. Should
    I loosen the apply pressue with a tool then tighthen ?

    there is a square hole for a ratchet or breaker bar. apply pressure as you
    tighten the adjuster bolt, then tighten the pivot bolt.
