How to remove civic tail lights??

    I can get the light which are part of the trunk, but cannot remove the
    outboard one? Any clues??

    sure would help if I knew what year and body style of civic this is.

    Probably have to remove the inner trunk liner, and then the nuts that
    hold the lamp assembly to the body. bob
