How to replace 2003 Civic rear bumper?

    I just completely shattered the right side of my rear bumper on my
    2003 Civic Hybrid, and I found that I can order a bumper online for ~
    $200. Is it feasible for me to replace this myself? Can anyone point
    me to a website that has instructions on how to do this?
