Identify these wires

I have two photos at the following URLs:

    1. http://www.granitestategraphics.com/honda/alarm01.jpg
    2. http://www.granitestategraphics.com/honda/fuse01.jpg

In photo 1, from under the left kicker panel, there are four wires
going into a light gray connector. Two of the wires are green and blue.
These go into an aftermarket alarm system which was in the car when I
bought it. They appear to have been spliced into an orange wire (silver
spots) and a black/white wire (silver spots). Since this plug was
disconnected, the alarm system no longer works. Problem is, I cannot
find where to plug it in. There seems to be no empty connections in the
area under the kicker panel. Any suggestions? Also, I suspect the
orange and black/white wires are related to the A/C system. Is that
    correct.

In photo 2, I noticed a disconnected, 3-pin plug one day under the
hood. Today, I found what I believe to be the match for it - in the
under-hood fuse box. I plugged it in (see yellow circle), but didn't
immediately see what might have been affected by this. Any ideas on
this one? The fuse box cover does not reference this connector.

    Thanks very much in advance,

That connector may not plug in anywhere. It may have been loose from the
factory for a Honda add-on and the installer "saddle spliced" them rather
than get the proper connector to plug into them. Without the alrm make and
model, we can't identify what the purpose of those wires are.
Same as above. I'm not sure what that spot on your fuse block is, but
knowing the make and model of the alarm, someone who knows that brand may be
able to identify what those wires from the alarm are for.

Without knowing what vehicle you're talking about, or what year, it's
hard to guess. Read the alarm install instructions for the 2000 CR-V
    (USA version)
    http://www.hondasuv.com/pdf/crv/firstgen/crv_01_securitysystem.pdf
See how many times they refer to 'spare' connectors that come attached
to the harness with 'BLUE TAPE'. There's all kinds of options available
in different markets that use those connectors . . possibly options that
never came to be except on Acura.

Don't go plugging things into connectors that 'look' the same. :-(
