    Hi,

This is probably a common question with Honda's, I'm looking for a common
    answer :)

When I'm at a traffic light and my engine is on but stationary, my idle set
at 1000rpm drops to 0rpm and it sounds like the car is going to stall but it
doesn't it just hops back up to 1000rpm. This happens randomly usually when
I'm stopped at a traffic light. What could the problem be?

    Thanks.

Well.... it depends on what kind of car you have, but assuming that it is a
90 and later accord, I would say that your base idle speed is set wrong.

Also, make sure your air filter is clean.

The radiator fan motor or the compressor is turning on/off? Is it an
    automatic or standard tran?

    Hi,

I already took it back to the auto-electrician who fixed my distributor. He
tested it and came to the conclusion that it was my water temperature sensor
that needs to be reprogrammed. Its not the original computer its a Moetek
computer running a B16A VTEC engine. The sensor needs to be reprogrammed to
less than 3.5ohms which is what it is at now.
