My '92 Accord has an idle problem. When my engigine is warm the idle
revs between 1,000 rpms and 2,000 rpms. Everything else on it appears
to run fine. whats wrong with it?

Low coolant, bad Fast Idle Valve, too high idle speed, or maybe an intake
    leak.

Check that the throttle cable isn't too tight. Had this problem with a
carbuerated 87 accord. Loosen the cable to give it some more slack and see
if this is the problem. Another way to check if it is a simple mechanical
problem like this is to put your foot behind the accelerator peddle and pull
it forward; if the idle drops then you know that the cable is too tight for
    some reason.
