I need to access the windshield washer hose connection, which is underneath
the driver's side quarter panel. Does anyone have instructions on how to do
this, and does this require any special tools ?

    Thanks - Dan

Do you mean the hose where it meets up with the washer motor?

Then you need to remove the bumper. Easy job.

Sorry, not where the hose meets the washer motor. To clarify, the area I am
referring to is in front of the driver's mirror, right where the hose takes
a right angle before heading towards the outlet nozzles. I figure it's this
area that's at issue, since I see a lot of washer fluid trickling down
behind the front wheel without the windshield getting wet.

Try removing the plastic inner fender liner. It may give you enough
exposure to the line to be able to see where it's leaking.

Thanks, I'll give it a try. I wanted to check whether I needed to take off
any other pieces such as the front mud guards in the wheel housing, etc.

Yes you do. You need to remove the road wheel, mud guard and then the inner
    fender liner.
