Integra Defroster Failure

Discussion in 'General Motoring' started by Harold Adrian Russell Philby, Dec 3, 2004.

  1. How can one distinguish between a bum ICM, and a duff defroster relay?

What kind of $$ is the ICM?

I can't find one anywhere on the web, does it have another name?

    Thanks.

  2. ICU is about 12cm x 10cm x 2cm. Relay is about 2.5cm x 2.5cm x 4cm.
ICU is enclosed in a plastic box. Relay most likley has a steel cover and a
plastic base (Relay $5, ICU is $45 at the junker yard)

  3. Thanks, but I was looking for a diagnostic to distinguish between the
failure of one or the other, and:

    It's not my problem anymore.
