Ladder rack?

    Hey gang:

    The local ladder rack company I know of says they know of no ladder
    rack for the element. Does anyone have an alternative to putting on
    like a 24' aluminum work ladder on the luggage rack on top, or any kind
    of equipment to add to that, to make this work?
