Left break light is out on Civic CX97, the bulb is good. What can cause it?

    Hi everybody,
The left break light on My Honda Civic CX 97 suddenly stopped working
when I hit breaks. The right one is OK. I have replaced the bulb, no
luck. I look at the schema of the fuses but cannot find a fuse
specifically responsible for the break light/lights.

I would appreciate any suggestion on the following:

    1. Is the break light bulb THE SAME as the tail-lights bulb? Or I am
replacing the wrong bulb? I see only 2 bulbs there - one for
signalling turns and another - for tail lights. It seems that the tail
light bulb is the same as break bulb, just has to light brighter when
    hitting breaks. Or is it?

    2. Where else can I look for the problem? Do left and right break
lights have one fuse or separate?

Thank you very much for your help.

Never mind, I found the problem.
Apparently, I replaced the wrong bulb: the real rear break bulb is not
very much visible when you open the plastic cover, its located higher
under the plastic of the trunk. And it does have double purpose -
    break light and tail light.
