I have a 93 Del Sol that I bought last fall, and am gradually restoring
to pristine condition. I am looking for an OEM carpet in good condition.
I have tried over a dozen wrecking yards; one has a Del Sol, but it
has been sitting there a long time without roof and exposed to the
elements. The interior is full of mechanical parts and empty oil bottles
(plastic), so I think it may be beyond recovery, but that is the closest
I have come. I have also watched e-Bay for two months. One carpet came up
but it wasn't in great shape. I have also posted on a used parts bulletin
board without luck. I would prefer not to go aftermarket.

The dealers tell me they can get one, but at C$600 (plus installation),
    that's out of the question.

Is anyone out there parting out a Del Sol or know of a source?

The car is black, so black would be preferred. The later carpets that
were black with red flashes would be fine.

Note: I am not looking for floor mats.

Thanks for this George; it's a great illustration. I didn't know
that Honda calls it a mat. Several people have offerred me little-used
floor mats (plural) that I assume are the loose pieces that get
added in (and I already have a set).

The diagram also shows the price: US$421.37 after discount. Ouch!
