    I've got a 02 Accord.

The other day, I have about $2 worth of quarters sitting on top of the
cup holder. I opened the cup holder and the change slid off, I think,
    below the cup holder's housing.

How long would it take for a dealer to get the loose change out of
there? I can hear it sliding around, once in a while.

So you wanna pay $80 to retrieve $2 worth of change? Genius.

    Ah, no.

When I get my oil changed, I'd ask the dealer if they could do it for
free. If they say yes, done deal. If not, I'll either live with it or
    try to remove it myself.

Pay $80 to get $2 in change? No one would do that.

There are two small clips that hold the cup holder in place. One neaer the
fron and one near the rear. I small screwdriver, carefully inserted will
help get it out. I've had to remove mine to put some felts discs on the
housing to keep the cover from hitting the console.
