Low battery condition killed my keyless entry

I left my headlights on one evening and nearly drained the battery. I
tried starting the car several times but just got a clicking sound. This
made the voltage drop so far that the dashboard clock reset itself.
After recharging the battery everything was OK except that now the
keyless entry system doesn't work. I've checked the appropriate fuse and
that's OK. The central locking still works but only when using the key
    in the door.
With the remote not working I cannot set the alarm either.
Could the low battery condition have cleared the remote transmitter
codes? I'm not sure - I've disconnected the battery entirely before and
this has not upset the keyless entry system. Could it be something else?

Reinstall your transmitter codes... it's in the manual. Your receiver
doesn't know which transmitters to 'listen' for.
