I just had a clutch put in my honda yesterday and the car drove fine for
about 45 minutes the the check engine light came on. Now when i release
the clutch with it in gear the main relay cuts off. Then press the clutch
back in it turns back on. Any suggestions as to what the problem
    is??????????

get the codes off the ecu and tell us what they are. go to tegger.com
and read how to do it.

I found out what the problem is now its just figuring out how to fix it
without relacing everything. There is a problem with my fuel injector
circuit. I wonder if it could be from where the mechanic didnt bolt some
stuff back on, or if actually the injectors are bad.

Opps, i forgot to mention that the codes that came up on my ECU where 16
and 20. 16 being Opened or shorted fuel injector curcuit, & 20 being
    Electrical Load Detector/Sensor.

16 is almost always main relay. read about it in tegger's faq's.

Well there inlays another problem. I just replaced the main relay a few
months back. Also i took the relay out of my rear defrost and put it for
my main relay and the car still did the same thing. The relay works fine
until i release the clutch with the car in gear. Then it clicks crazily
    and the car dies.

could it be a fault in the neutral safety switch??

if you think you swapped out the rear defrost relay for the main relay,
you didn't. the two are different patterns and different functions -
entirely different components. suggest you locate the /real/ main relay
and try again. read tegger's main relay section in the faq's. it's got
the location of the main relay for your car well described.

The power source to the main relay probably cuts out and the engine stalls
and release a code 16. The power source can cut out due to a bad igniting
switch. To troubleshoot, notice how the instrument gauges go dark and
confirm whether that terminal blk/yel on the main relay has power when
the ignition is on during the symptom.
