Background: last March, I had a side impact collision. Another car
ran a red light and hit the passenger side (mainly passenger door)and
some front end damage. Our insurance company did not write off the
car but instead had our local Honda dealership fix the issues. They
did a significant amount of work to the passenger side including front
suspension. I received the car back and everything works very well
with the exception of this "clunk" in the front end. I have brought
the car to the Honda dealership four times and three out of the four
times they have replaced a part(passenger side front strut, some
linkage component and ball joints. After all this, it still makes the
    noise on both sides.

The noise is not noticeable when driving over a bump that effects both
sides - sounds normal and quiet. When I hit a small pot hole or
inconsistencies in the pavement on one side, a clunk sound occurs. I
drove with a mechanic one time and he heard the noise down a gravel
road and said it was the strut. It was replaced but it's still there.

The Honda dealership has no idea what the problem is and I have
brought it to two other Honda dealerships and only one had a solution
( front linkage component) which the Honda dealership replaced but no
    resolution.

I know some of you may say just sell the car but that is not an
option. I want to resolve this but do not know who to ask.

Now I am looking to you for help.

    Any ideas.

NOTE: There was some frame damage on the front right side but the
Honda dealership said that this was corrected

Thank you for any help you can pass on.

check the subframe bolts first, i've seen a lot of them loose on body shop cars.

Thanks for the advice chip. I have set up another appointment at my
honda dealership and told them about your suggestion. They seem to
think it has already been checked but will note it on the work order.

any other advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
