Mississippi state car sale taxes

    Is even trade exempt from sales tax in Mississippi? i am moving from
    Washington and we have traded cars here. I'm thinking if it's exempt it
    makes sense to register in MS but if not it would be better to register
    in Wa first. any advice/experience appreciated.
