    thats a court case, man. do they own their home? have any assets at all?
    id see if an attorney would take the case for a percentage.

    another option is homeowners insurance... the cars were parked in your
    driveway.

    Like Mike said, looks like a lawsuit.

    But a word of advice... Take their personal info off the web page. It will
    probably hurt your case and you don't want that to happen.

    The Honda doesnt look that bad. I say drive it, Your ins. company should
    help you go after that bone-head for tha damage he did to your car

    both of look like they can be driven. the toyota is obviously missing
    the bumper cover and foam, and the honda has some unibody damage.

    ive seen worse cars used around here as daily drivers :)
