Need 2001 Honda CR-V dash switch panel, tire cover, shop manual. Austin TX

    I recently bought a 2001 CRV and I need to fix a few things on it.
    It's in pretty nice shape, but I need the switch panel (w/o switches)
    for the window controls on the dash. It's the little panel to the left
    of the steering wheel on the dash. I have a digital photo I can send
    if your not sure what I mean. I'll buy it with or without switches if
    the price is reasonable.

    Also, I would like to find someone with a tire cover. The one I got
    with the vehicle is showing its age and has a rip in it. :(

    I'd also like to buy a factory shop manual for it if someone has one.
