Need Honda engine work DFW

I live in Fort Worth Area.
My 1990 CRX HF has a very sick engine, and a transmission in need of a rebuild.
I like the car, and it's in excellent shape otherwise.
I'd like a heart transplant for it, Will consider anything, from a low-mileage
HF drivetrain to a later VTEC or even the SI setup.
Anyone in the DFW area have a good motor & transmission and the desire to make a
buck installing it for me?
I have other vehicles, so you'd have a week or so to complete it.
I want it done right, and I want it to run like a new one when I get it back.
Needs to look and work like factory. Performance upgrades welcome, as long as
it hasn't been thrashed, and still has low speed driveability.
It needs to be a good deal - for both of us.
Alternately, recommend a shop to repower this car?
