New breaks on my friends honda crv have a high frequency bumping on them
when she breaks. Would this be a sign of improper pad installation. The
bumping did not occur immediately out of the shop (when does it ever?) but
has come up in the last few days.
Thankyou in advance for your help.

Have read the post below about tightening the wheel bolts. Thanks

She needs to get the torque of her lug nuts checked (read witnessed) by
somebody else. Sounds like the original shop torqued them WAY OVER, and
    wrecked the rotors.

If so, she needs a free set of rotors.

only if used for lots of miles. if it's caught soon enough, just
    re-torquing works fine.
