My new Civic has excess moisture inside one headlight. Is this normal?

Thank you for the quick reply. I will add the headlight replacement to
    my list of warranty items.

One corner of weather strip over the windshield has been re-glued but
the spot next to it is starting to come off.

Moisure inside headlights or tail lights is not normal. The only time it's
normal is when the car has aged.. ie..5-10 years and the seals have gone bad
letting in moist air or moisture inside..

If you take it in for repair, they most likely will replace the seal or if
that's not possible, replace your headlight.

If the dealership tells your that it's normal, go look at all the other new
cars in the lot and see how many of them have moisture inside them, if every
one of them have it then it's a design flaw. None of my vehicles (3) have
moisture in the headlights and I live in a very moist area.. Gulf Coast area
    Florida.

My civic does have moisture in one of it's tail light and it's due to bad
seal...but the car is also 13 years old

I was amazed by the number of Cadillac Sevilles that I saw, brand new,
around 1997 or so, that had noticeable standing water in the taillights.
It must have been some water flow around the trunk lid at a car wash or
    something, but I saw several.

No. Might lead to the reflecting surface losing its shine.
