    Too many exclamation marks!!

    Check your battery cables!!

Do the dash lights come on when you turn the key to "I"? !!

    Does ANYTHING electrical work? !!

A new battery often has a rubber cap on one or both terminals - did you
    remove those caps?

  4. Good you put it in your car-- hard to get it home from Wal-Mart if you
didn't. Did you then properly install it in the battery tray and hook up the
cables correctly-- plus to plus, negative to ground?

Did you ever get the answer to your question? I have a 1990 Honda Accord
that has the same problem, no power. I have had the altenator, starter
and battery checked. All ok. Ieven changed the Main 80amp fuse, still
    nothing.
    What's next?

bring it to a mechanic. You're already pissed away three times the cost of
just having somebody diagnose and repair it for you.

Or buy a book. Learn how to troubleshoot a car. Whatever you do, you have
to quit using the shotgun approach. You'll be lucky if you fix it for less than
the cost of replacing the car.
