OEM or Exedy Clutch

    Greetings all -

After autocrossing my 91 Civic today I've came to the conclusion that I will
need to replace my clutch soon due to some slipping at certain RPM.

I plan to do the job myself in the next month or so and I have some
    questions.

Should I buy the OE or OEM? What about Exedy? Perhaps the Exedy one is
    indeed OEM??

I can get an Exedy kit and OEM flywheel for $200 shipped to my door. Is
    that a good deal?

Is it even worth it to replace the flywheel at this time?

91 Civic Si, 1.6L ... roughly 70,000 miles on the clutch and engine.
Clutch is wearing out early due to two years of racing and many stop and go
    traffic. :(

Additionally - if anybody has any pointers to make the job easier please let
me know. I have done one clutch replacement job but it was on my RWD E36
M3. It wasn't too bad... it took a friend and I about 5 hours to do it...
    at a leisurely pace.

    Thanks in advance
