    Hi All,

I just bought 1/2 dozen filters for my 3 Hondas and noticed that Honda has gone to a smaller filter size. I've also seen mentioned on hparts
about it. Does anyone know of any negative effects this will have in terms of the change interval?

    Thanks,
    Nick

  2. I noticed the same thing. I installed one "15400-P0H-305" in my 98 CR-V and
have had no problems. I wonder also of the ups and downs of such a small
filter. Check out this oil filter review

There is a warning about experimenting with aftermarket oil filters.

  5. The smaller filters 15400-PLM-A02 are actually made by Fram.
They were originally made for 2001 and up Civics, 2003 Accords, and 02 and
    up CR-V.
