Prelude, 1988 headlights (popup) issues

I have a 1988 Prelude (fuel injected, leather seats, 4 wheel steer
model)

I) How do I replace a headlight bulb? Are the headlights sealed units
or can I, (like in the 1982 Vigor I used to own) simply get access to
the rear of the unit and extract the old bulb and replace?

2) I have a dented popup 'top lid'. Is this extractable by, say,
unscrewing somehow? I realise there are tensile snappy springs to deal
with.
