Problem with Headlights - 90 Civic

    Since it's gotten cold, the headlights on my 90 Civic won't come on until the
    car warms up - sometimes it takes 10-15 minutes. Any ideas? Thanks.

    Most likely your headlight switch. You could try to cleaning the
    internals of it with contact cleaner.
