My car seems to be leaking water from some part in the radiator. I just
purchased a new radiator for the car but I would like some advise as to
where to find instructions to install it. Also, does anyone have any
advise about problems passing DEQ? My car won't pass and I can't figure
    out why. Any thoughts?
    Thanks!

    What's a DEQ?

    Probably state inspection?

    DEQ=Department of Environmental Quality,
a state agency charged with monitoring environmental pollution and
discharges. In the case of automobiles, running the testing program that
monitors enforcement and testing of tailpipe emissions. In cities that
monitor such emissions, they usually have compliance programs that
involve testing vehicles to monitor compliance keeping levels of noxious
tailpipe gases to a minimum and ensuring compliance by refusing to
license such vehicles that do not meet an environmental quality
standard.Places like Los Angeles,CA and similar large cities have
similar programs to control smog densities within cities.

  5. How you release a resource after an ENQ.

  6. You'd need to be a bit more specific on both items to get a constructive
answer here. Do a search at http://groups.google.com/advanced_group_search
and you'll find lots of posts on radiator replacement and probably some on
clues about your emissions problem which may match your symptoms. Also
    check out the docs here:
