I doubt that. It is standard on the Civic Hybrid.

and we all know how often that car is taken out to the track where the
importance of it's aerodynamics at 150mph really come into play.

Honda claims that the additional aerodynamics effects of the different front
air dam, body underside covers and tail spoiler are responsible for a 7%
mileage increase over the normal Civic.

If the rear spoiler is just race track dorkage, is the front air dam also
just cosmetic? What about the undercar plastics that smooth the air flow?

Okay, I'll stop feeding the trolls now.

Any colored light other than amber or white on the front of a vehicle is
a guaranteed way to get a fix-it ticket, in California.

you cannot have any colored lights on the front a vehicle, other than
white(headlights) and amber the parking lights in just about any state,
maybe all states, or you are in violation( i know some kid down the
block has them all over his car and all his friends do also.. and the
same kid and all his friends probably get tickets for running red lights
and speeding and such... next time you get pulled over tell the police
that everybody else does it, and then he will say: and i give everyone
that does it infront of me a ticket......
