Put an f22b into a '93 Prelude Si? Recommend SF Shop?

Hey guys. I bought a used '93 Prelude Si a while back. The body and
interior are absolutely immaculate, unbelievable for a vehicle of that
age. I love it to death.

Unfortunately it recently suffered a catastrophic oil leak on the
highway, and the oil indicator light never came on. Didn't find out
until it was too late, and the motor is toast.

I need to get it replaced, but I can only afford around $1,600 (parts
& labor). A replacement h22a1 is going to be at least that much for
parts alone, but I've found quite a few f22b's in the $750-$850 range.

My question is this: can I use the f22b? The specs are almost
identical to the h22a1... why would Honda make two engines that are
almost identical? Even stranger, why do they sell for such widely
differing prices? Is there a substantial difference between these
    engines?

Also, if anybody can recommend a shop in San Francisco that has
experience doing swaps like this, I'd appreciate it.

only Usenet access is via google groups. Thanks!!!

    Thanks!!
