Just bought brand new 2004 Accord EX 4 cyl with leather. Lately I have
noticed a clicking coming from the passenger side of the car and have
had it in twice with no solution. Are others having trouble with this?

Does it click all the time, during starting, stopping, turning? When you
say passenger side, does it sound like it's coming from any specific
location? Near the wheel, in the dash, under the seat, etc.?

Seems like its coming from the door I want to say. I did have a
crackling sound coming from the cieling just behind the moonroof but
that was fixed after I took it in and they put some "isolation tape"
felt between the headliner and roof. Guy at dealership went for a ride
with me and tried to convince me it was the passenger side headrest
rattling. The funny thing is it used to be when someone was sitting in
passenger seat sound was not there but now it seems to be present
regardless of a passenger or not. I am getting pretty annoyed with this
since this car was not cheap and it really shouldnt sound like my old 96
    cavalier when I drive it.

Anybody who's been in this group for anything over a week has seen a
large number of posts about the generally higher level of squeaks &
    rattles in 2003 and 2004 Accords and Civics. I have a 2003 LX-V6 Accord
and my wife drives a 2003 LX Civic. both have been to the dealer more
than once to quiet the rattles. Some improvement, but there was no
complete resolution for either of us.

Many people in the group can relate similar experiences.

BTW, we both like our cars nonetheless. In fact, I really love my
    Accord!

I have several rattles on my 01 Prelude, the most anoying is the moon
roof cover. They drove me nuts for the first few days after I bought the
car but now I don't even notice them.

It just took 2 trips to dealer to fix a rattle (buzz noise) from the front
passenger door of my 04 Civic Hybrid. First time they put foam padding
behind the panel which did nothing. 2nd time they actually drove and
listened to noise and then adjusted the latch/striker to remove play. I
thought the noise was inside the door since it would stop if I pressed the
top panel or if a passenger leaned on the arm rest. There is still a slight
noise but infrequent compared to previous constant buzz which was very
    aggravating. Good luck.
