Should the rear defogger switch be on a timer? Ours doesn't shut off
after ten or fifteen minuets like most cars. Is this a problem or do I
need to get use to shutting it off manually?

    TIA

The ultimate reference would be the user manual. You did not say where
in the world you are; In the past some markets got the timer, others got
a dumb on/off switch. My 1994 US Civic has the timer, and the manual
says it turn off after about 25 minutes.
