rear wiper

    my rear wiper is all rusted and i want to remove it to instal the piece
    from the civics that dont

    have a wiper(its just the part to be able to close the back window of
    the trunk). i went to a scrap

    ward and i cant take that thing off !!! do i need some special tool or
    technique??????
