Hi, I have been having issues with OHare Honda in Des Plaines. When I purchased my Accord, i was supposed to receive two keys with remotes and only received one. It's been over 8 months and i finally got the key but it needs to be programmed. Im looking for an email address to a regional manager so I can sent them a complaint letter. If anyone has any email addresses for managers, that would be great. Thanks for your help Tony
