My son slammed the trunk of a 2003 Honda Civic LX on a grocery cart. It took
a chunk of paint off of the lip of the trunk hood. What is the best way to
    repair it?

  2. Other than painting the entire area determine whether the paint is chipped
down to the primer or bare metal. If it is primer then clean it with
rubbing alcohol and get some touch up paint to fill in.

If there is no primer clean the area with alcohol and primer then use touch
    up paint.

They sometimes sell the little bottle of paint with a little bottle of
    primer.

Try the autosharp pen. It comes in exact factory paint codes and I hear it
works better than the little bottle of touch up and paint brush.
