P-reg sounds like a 1995 Civic to anybody who wants to answer this one.
Only you Brits know your bizarrely arcane registration system. Please give
    the actual model year.

If you get no replies, I'll dig thru my manuals.

We might get this done before Psychic Wednesday . . .

I'm picturing about twenty bulbs that 'indicate'. Inside or outside? Low
on oil, turning, reversing, park brake, CHECK ENGINE ? ?

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE THE HEADLIGHT.

It's the relevant page from your owner's manual. It tells how to do it.
