Replacing black tape on Accord Door

I got a nick in the black tape on my '04 Accord driver's door, so it
shows bright (aluminum?) where it ripped. This door piece looks like
black paint but is just stick-on. The tape sometimes didn't stick
well on the '03 model, and there is a TSB on it.

I've figured out that the tape is a vinyl-type peel-and-stick item
that costs $7 from the stealer. But looking at the door makes me
think a lot of disassembly is involved, and i might damage more parts
and screw it up. Especially since it is not exactly clear how things
    come apart.

Can anyone tell me how to get the trim pieces off so I can stick on
    the new tape?
