I tried to change the spark plugs for the first time and noticed there
is rubber debris in the hole that stops me from getting the wrench
onto the plug - after about an hour of picking and scraping only
little pieces came out. It looks like the last guy lost hte rubber out
of his socket after he put the plug in and instead of getting it out -
he cut some off the end of the wire to make it fit onto the plug .
I need to get it out to change the plug
    Any ideas ?

Is this in only one cylnder?

The easiest thing to do would be to remove the valve cover so you get get
further down the plug tube, then pick the pieces out with a small set of
pliers. Finish up with a vacuum.

If I were you, I'd be making certain it's not actually the plug wire end
    that's fallen off...
