Rust protection?

Discussion in 'General Motoring' started by etwqeggqjqd324234, Aug 31, 2003.

  1. I am looking for a Honda Element. I noticed the one at the dealership
had undercoating. What's the best kind of rust protection for areas
with snow and (a lot of) salt usage?

    1) No rust protection
    2) Undercoating
    3) Oil (dripping type)
    4) Oil (dripless)
    5) The Krown type product that is available in Canada.

    Thanks!

I though it got too cold in Canada to use salt on the roads? Why
    rustproof plastic? ;)
