is it safe to use 2 jacks (the kind that comes in the trunk) to lift 2
wheels for tire rotation? Or are they too unstable for that?

Buy a pair of jackstands for around $15 at Wal-Mart,
Autozone, Harbor Freight, Sears, and similar, and sleep
    better.

First, the little scissors jack that comes with a new Honda
is not designed for being used regularly. That is, you will
reduce the jack's life by overuse. Second, the little
scissors jacks are shaky when used just by themselves. Even
moreso when using two to support one side of the car. Third,
you will find the jackstands useful in other car maintenance
    and repair tasks.

Sure, as long as your life insurance is paid up! Not a good idea to
get anywhere near a car in a non-emergency supported only by a jack.
Get the jackstands, as noted, and DON'T use cinder blocks, hunks of
    wood, etc.

If you have non directional tires, just rotate with the spare as an initial
placeholder and go 'round with one jack!
