seatbelt locks

  1. I own a 1988 honda prelude 2.0 S, and the passenger side seatbelt, when
employed sticks hard when you want to remove the buckle. Anybody know
    anything to fix this?

Might be full of dust and dirt from never being used enough. Wet a pipe
cleaner in windex and clean it out. Let dry for a day and spray some
silicone spray in there. Exercise it with the buckle a few times to get
it going again. Wipe off any excess.
