What would be the cause of the secondary fan always staying on.. I have to
keep pulling the fuse. Is it a relay or a temperature sensor?

    Thanks

Do you mean it stays on forever even after the engine is shut off? Some
Accords have a timer that will let the radiator fan stay on for some
time after the engine is turned off if the temperature is high enough.

When you say secondary fan, do you have two radiator fans or one
radiator fan and one condenser fan?

It will stay on until the battery dies after the engine is shut off.
I have 2 fans on the radiator.. I don't know if it's the radiator or the
condensor. It's the one on the passenger side if that helps.
    Thanks

sounds like a temp relay is stuck shut.

That would be the radiator fan. As SoCalMike suggested, this could be a
failed radiator fan relay. That relay is located behind the passenger
side head light. You could try swapping the condenser fan relay and the
radiator fan relay. If the condenser fan now runs continuously instead
of the radiator fan, the relay is the problem. Otherwise there could be
a problem with the fan after run control module.

wouldnt the relay also be connected to some kind of temperature
activated switch in the radiator as well?

Yes, but if that thermo switch was permanently closed, the rad fan would
run continuously with the ignition on, but with the ignition off the rad
fan would stop after the after-run control module times out.

I should mention that I am looking at the wiring diagram for 1993, the
1991 is the same generation, but there might be differences in the
    wiring.

Eric-did you ever find out what the problem is? Mine does the EXCACT same
thing. Who wants to pop the hood and pull the fuse each time? Let me
know if you got anywhere? I'll do the same

    Hi Sojun,

Actually it ended up being the radiator going bad.. A couple of days after
my request I started smelling antifreeze.. I popped the hood and it was
weeping along the plastic tank at the top of the rad. I ordered a new one,
and when removing the old one found a few interesting things.
    1) The previous owner had a rad from a non A/C car(Single core)
    2) my old rad was so rotten it came out in 3 pieces.

I put the new double core aluminum one in and no more problems..
Check your rad before messing with sensors

    Good luck
