I could not believe it! I had been advised that because Honda makes good cars, their dealers can allow themselves to treat people like garbage. I won't go into the details of what happened to me, but one thing does stand out upon the expiration of the lease of my 1999 Accord DX. I decided to keep the vehicle. I went to sign the papers and buy it back. The staff at SPINELLI Honda in LaSalle, Quebec, actually charged me 50 dollars for a "preparation and delivery fee". This is for a car that has been in my possession for the last 48 months... And that is only one of the pearls. When I confronted the employee, he told me it was a msitake (a common ploy) but the charge was for something else which he referred to by its initials. That was probably a lie. Can anyone tell me of any decent and honest (to the extent that car dealers are honest) Honda dealers in Montreal, Laval or the SOuth shore? I have to buy another car and unless I can find an honest dealer, I will probably forego the make and look into another maker.
