I need to replace the shocks on my 96 integra and was wondering if
anyone knew anything about the cheapest and best shocks for lowered
vehichles. My car is lowered with adjustable coilovers.

if it's lowered, you can't use standard shocks. either return to
standard height or pay the bucks to ride low with the correct shocks.

    but oem don't come chopped!

to the op, you gotta pay some coin for good chopped shocks. i know
bilstein make them as i'm sure do tokiko & kyb, but the racing shocks
are all expensive. google for your options. if you keep running
chopped springs on unchopped shocks you'll geep on destroying them and
manufacturers specifically exclude chopped springs from warranty. big
picture, it's probablyt best to pay once for chopped shocks and keep
them rather than several sets of stock height ones & ruin them.

also consider slightly chopped springs rather than severely chopped
ones. 20mm drop is ok with oem/standard height shocks and you can run
them without a camber kit. camber kits can be expensive for good
[reliable] ones, and you /need/ a camber kit to prevent very expensive
    tire wear!
